Shipping Information
Every item on this website is handcrafted and made to order, therefore it can take several days to get your order shipped. During peak holiday sales, we try to keep a larger inventory on hand to expedite your shipping and get your package there as fast as possible.
Wholesale and custom orders can take up to 14 days.
RUSH processing is available for an additional charge and can expedite your order to as much as 3 days depending on it's complexity.
All orders are made and shipped from the US. While we will ship out of the country, delivery times are significantly longer, especially during peak seasons. All duties, VAT and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship the item as GIFT unless specified not to.

Return and Replacement Policy
We know you will be satisfied but if you aren't, we happily accept returns within 14 days. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied and deducted from your return. Any shipping and handling applied to your order is non-refundable. All returns must have authorization and return shipping is paid for by the customer unless it is a mistake on our part, in which case a replacement will be offered and shipped to you at our expense.
All custom and wholesale orders are non-returnable except in the case of product defect or is a result of an error on our part.
